The cage is simply sent in a cardboard box without protection, it is unlikely in this case that it does not arrive broken, which is my case for the base of the cover !! Regarding the cage itself, plastic and metal are of poor quality, for having had other cages, this one is definitely NOT WORTH THIS PRICE !!! The lid does not remain open although one faces and falls back on your head when you take your animal, so I think of removing it ... the door on one of the faces is supposed to be sliding, but impossible to open, the bottle is made of soft plastic, and the plastic fasteners will not last long before breaking ... in short I dare not even think of future changes of litter !! I do not recommend do not be fooled like me, do not buy kind of product by mail, prefer in store or you can see the quality and especially check that the goods are not deteriorated !! (My husband working in transport opened the package at the relay point and checked the condition of the cage but unfortunately the crack in the plastic of the cover was impossible to see at the time!)

This cage is luxury! For over a year my rabbit lives his life and he is very happy with the place he has inside, I do not regret! Very solid and easy to maintain
