The bag is a good size for my 5kg cat. He was adopted for the game before the hike.

This bag is top level quality, outfit, material, bindings etc .... The only downside is that the dog has trouble sitting in it and even more to lie down because it is a bit too high and a not very narrow. It should be wider and lower. Here is a picture of our lhasa apso of 7 kgs, To be able to pass his head by the top, he was obliged to put both paws out of the bag. Fortunately, he was held by the small leash attached inside. If we had wanted to make his head pass through the front opening, he would tip over. Other than that, the bag is very practical anyway, it is very well held on the person who wears it since there is a fastening strap at the waist and one above the chest. It is washable easily and the small removable cushion of the bottom is removable. On the other hand, I do not think that a dog of 12 kgs can be comfortable in this bag.

Very well ! Well rigid bag a lot of room but for 12kg dog is the maxi! My bulldog is 12kg and not a gram more will bear I think!
